To Relate to Equal Minded women by:
promoting success for our members by opening new resources for networking, in the form of exchanging business information , open dialogue through the e-Networker, advertising opportunities through our e-Noticeboard and other venues as we discover them; and establishing a venue for our members to promote inter-action in an non-competitive environment.
Utilise the experience of other women by:
providing a means of creating actual working relationships between seasoned business women and women new to business; and bringing Townsville women in business, or wishing to start their own business together,
to help establish mentoring relationships between successful, caring business women and women who wish to learn the secret of success.
To bridge the gap between work & home by:
nurturing and maintaining an environment that promotes creativity in all aspects of our members lives; and creating a non-critical gathering place for all members in which to support, encourage and challenge one another to achieve beyond their own expectations, in all aspects of life.
